Hot to filet crappie 

Chris Miller is an avid and successful crappie tournament fisherman. He's caught and eaten crappie since he was just a kid. Today he still loves catching them and eating them and especially enjoys sharing his enthusiasm for the fish with others.

In the video below Chris talks about his love for crappie fishing and demonstrates his technique for fileting them. He calls them "Freshwater Flounder" because of their flaky white meat. He makes it look easy and he says it really is after a little practice. Watch to the end and see how he cooks what he's caught and cleaned.
